Important Dates
April 19, 2012 at 6:00pm Eastern Time: Early Abstract Submission Deadline. Abstract submission fees increase $20 per abstract after this date, effective April 20, 2012.
May 1, 2012 at 6:00pm Eastern Time: Final Abstract Submission Deadline. Please have your abstracts complete by this date.
Late June, 2012: Presentation Notification. You will be notified of your presentation date and time in late June.
Friday, July 27, 2012 at 6:00pm Eastern Time: Abstract Editing Deadline. Authors will not be able to access their abstract after this date to make any edits. Please be sure your abstract reflects how it should be printed.
Abstracts should be no more than 300 words in length.
