205 Symposium--Model Applications in Field Research
Oral Session
ASA Section: Climatology & Modeling This half-day symposium will have three inter-reated themes: a. Water balance at field and root-zone scales; modeling to help enhance effectiveness of water; climate change implications b. Bridging knowledge gaps between models and experiments/observations c. Evaluation of uncertainty and error in models The goal is to enhance understanding of complexities and uncertainties in using models in field research, especially for making the best use of limited water and managing climate change.Cosponsor(s):
