Session Description: The theme of this session will be cases studies on the use of bioreactors, wetlands, managed drainage or other systems that remove nitrate through denitrification to reduce nitrate export from agricultural fields. The goal is to summarize both completed and ongoing work on managing denitrification in one session using posters, followed by a facilitated discussion period, to allow for extensive interaction of the community.

Reviewer's Comments: We discussed having a poster/discussion session at our last business meeting, with a discussion period in a separate room following the poster session. We will encourage work in progress as well as completed studies, so that the community is up to date with what is happening in this field across the country and internationally.
