Reviewer's Comments: This group represents the fist public-private partnership to support the ARS "Resilient Economic Agricultural Practices" research. It would be helpful if we could meet very close to the ARS REAP / GRACENET meeting room scheduled for 2-5 PM. Our group will join theirs at 2 PM.
