Reports in the literature have identified corn stover compositional differences between Bt and non-Bt isolines.  The objective of this study was to compare the ethanol yield of several Bt and non-Bt isolines of corn stover.  Corn stover from 4 isoline pairs was grown at 4 locations across a latitudinal transect in Michigan.  Stover resulting from these plots was analyzed for sugar profile, cellulose content, and ethanol yield.
