Educators are seeking methods for K-12 curriculum to connect students to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).  By the time students get to undergraduate colleges, most have selected a career path or have a goal.  In efforts to connect to students earlier in education, students and faculty advisor from Southeast Missouri State University have been volunteering in K-12 classrooms presenting information on agriculture careers, agribusiness, and various demonstrations.  K-12 students respond positively to undergraduate students.
