The project aimed to analyze the accumulation of potassium in different parts of the physic nut, the work was carried out under field conditions of 21/01/2010 to 21/01/2012. Was made at the Farm Teaching, Campus, Faculty of Engineering of Single Island / UNESP in the city of Selvíria – MS. The seedlings were conducted in tubes irrigated regularly until planting on the said date.

The design of randomized blocks, consisting of 3 blocks, each containing 20 meters long was used. The employee spacing was 3 m between rows and 2 m between plants. It was applied in the experimental area, targeting a soil, limestone in the proportion of 1 ton ha-1, and also 300kg / ha-1 of NPK fertilizer in proportion. 08-28-16 in line. 2 randomly chosen plants, thus collecting their vegetative and reproductive structures, making drying for analysis were selected. Thus it can be concluded that there was a greater accumulation of potassium in leaves at 93 days after planting the stem the largest amount of potassium was given on day 113 after planting and fruit was given to 218 days after planting.
