Various research studies over the years have provided datasets which have improved understanding of factors affecting fallow efficiency. It may be possible to use these relationships and enable producers to make estimates of fallow efficiency and accumulation during a fallow period for a particular farm or field. This information would be helpful in making cropping decisions. This talk will examine those relationships and their ability to be utilized using information easily available to a producer.
