365 General Evapotranspiration Measurement and Modeling: II (includes graduate student oral competition)
Oral Session
ASA Section: Climatology & ModelingAdvances over the last two decades in instrumentation, data acquisition systems, remote data access, and off-the-shelf measurement tools have significantly enhanced the ability to measure ET and utilize such data for management and planning of water resources. The sessions will have papers that discus the theoretical and experimental aspects of different ET measurement and direct modeling techniques. We strongly encourage papers showcasing application of ET as a decision support tool in solving water resource, cropping systems and ecological problems. All oral presentations given by graduate students in this session will be eligible for Oral Presentation Awards of the community.
