241 General Evapotranspiration Measurement and Modeling: I (includes graduate student poster competition)

Poster Session
ASA Section: Climatology & Modeling
Advances over the last two decades in instrumentation, data acquisition systems, remote data access, and off-the-shelf measurement tools have significantly enhanced the ability to measure ET and utilize such data for management and planning of water resources. The sessions will have papers that discus the theoretical and experimental aspects of different ET measurement and direct modeling techniques. We strongly encourage posters showcasing application of ET as a decision support tool in solving water resource, cropping systems and ecological problems. All poster presentations given by graduate students in this session will be eligible for Poster Presentation Award of the community.
