The session will be organized as a participatory workshop-event whose content is provided by the participants. In the first hour, moderators will be present to manage the session and provide organized topics to discuss. The group will break into smaller groups based on the participant’s areas of focus and discuss personal experiences of networking in that field. Participants in the small groups will be able to actively practice their networking skills with peers. In the second hour of the session, professionals are invited to attend in order to provide an opportunity for the students and early career members in attendance to utilize their new skills and network with professionals in a low stress situation.
