  • Abstract:
The purpose of this experiment is to compare grouping of off-patent inbred lines using the complete chromosomal profile versus grouping of inbred lines using specific chromosomal segments. Cluster analysis will be used to determine similar lines. The null hypothesis is that no differences will be found between the inbred groupings.
