21 Symposium--Exploring Genetic Diversity for Fiber Improvement
Oral Session
ASA Section: Agronomic Production SystemsThis new ASA Community is focused on fostering communication among applied fiber crop research scientists and other professionals worldwide to further the science that supports modern production systems. Fiber crops exist in diverse cropping systems and the physiology, genetics, and transformation into industrial products of these unique crops require specialized research. This initial symposium for Cotton and Other Fiber Crops will focus on cotton evolution, measurement of quality traits that are predictive of final product quality, and the impact of climate change.
Approved for 1.5 CM CEUs.
