Threatened and endangered plants can result in significant reductions in training or military activities on an installation.  In an effort to reduce T and E species impact on training at Avon Park Air Force Range three restoration sites were created, and populations of C. fragrans were moved to them.  This research investigated what methods worked best for the movement and re-introduction of C. fragrans  at Avon Park Air Force Range.
