 Abstract
This investigation was Study of  wheat genotypes for harvest index(H.I) under photosynthesis different condition and water stress by using split split  plot design based on Randomized Completely Block Design with 3 replication in agricultural and natural resources research station of Torogh, Mashhad at 2006-07 growing season. Water stress treatment in two levels: 1- Normal conditions (full irrigation) and 2- terminal water stress assigned to main plot and new wheat genotypes treatment in 8 levels were allocated in sub plots, and photosynthesis conditions with 2 levels: 1- using of current photosynthesis and 2 inhibition of current photosynthesis were in sub-sub plots. Also, for inhibition of current photosynthesis, Potassium Iodide 0.4% solution and after spike appearance were used. Based on result of this experiment, under using of current photosynthesis condition, C-81-10 genotype had the lowest Harvest Index(HI) and 9103,9116 and 9212 had the highest (HI). The 9212 and 9116 genotypes had the highest biologic and seed yield, respectively. The C-81-10 genotype and cross shahi cultivar under inhibition photosynthesis conditions had the highest and lowest (HI), respectively. The genotypes with high yielding potential under different conditions of this experiment had to more H.I  in comparison  with the others genotypes.
