Continuous no-till is a recently recognized best management practice that decreases N, P and sediment loads from croplands.  To facilitate the increased adoption of no-tillage crop production in Virginia, a farmer to farmer peer education and implementation program has been developed by forming the Virginia No-Till Alliance (VANTAGE).  The mission of VANTAGE is to maximize farm productivity and profitability by promoting the successful implementation of no-till practices through shared ideas, technology, conservation and education.  The concepts and practices of learning within the VANTAGE group will be discussed.
