The National Society of Consulting Soil Scientists Board of Examiners developed and adopted this Ethics Seminar as part of our ongoing effort to maintain a high level of integrity with the NSCSS Registered Professional Soil Scientist program.  Each NSCSS Registered Professional Soil Scientist must attend the Seminar at least once every three years to maintain or obtain their RPSS status.  This seminar is appropriate for all Soil Scientists who are presently, or are contemplating, providing professional services.  The topics cover Disclosure; Ownership and Distribution of Documents; Professional Conduct; Professional Standards; Professional Practice within Area of Competence; Use of Registry and Stamps; Professional Peer Review.
