An interactive, Q&A based session that gives participants tips for surviving their early careers on the job, be it in academia, consultancy, or industry. A panel of speakers will share their secrets to surviving their first few years on their job and things they know now that they wish they had known before they started. The session will offer an overview of the Societies and ways to get involved and effectively network within your Societies, Divisions, and/or Communities. The session will continue over finger food in a mixer setting that give participants an opportunity to network with other early career members as well as established Society members
