190 Genotyping-By-Sequencing Experiments and Analysis: II

Poster Session
ASA Section: Biometry and Statistical Computing
It is becoming increasingly affordable to characterizing large genomes with a lot of diversity using Genotyping By Sequencing. This symposium will discuss the latest methods of reducing genome complexity, characterization of SNPs in a population and using these SNPs to create a genetic map de novo.
