Session Description: You finally finished that degree, now what? Come learn about what it takes to succeed in your first year at a new place. We'll have small breakout groups for people starting Grad School, a Post-Doc, Soil or Ag consultants, Academics, and jobs at government agencies and NGOs. This your opportunity to ask all the questions you may be too afraid to ask, and network with people who have successfully made it through. There will be a networking social for all groups after discussions. This is a joint session between the Early Career Committees, the Graduate Student Committee, and the Consulting Soil Scientists Division.
