208 Symposium--Meta-Analysis Applications in Agricultural Research

Oral Session
Special Sessions
This oral session will be targeted at demonstrating the application of the meta-analysis statistical method for analysis of data from published literature. The emphasis will be on example applications, strengths and limitations of the method and appropriate steps for implementing the methodology. Other issues are related to the implication of meta-analysis results. Are meta-analyses useful for decision making? How should meta-analysis results be used in developing policy at different scales?

Approved for 3.0 PD CEUs.
