353 Symposium--the Solar Corridor's Potential to Capture Collaborative Synergy, in the Development of Critical Solutions
Oral Session
ASA Section: Agronomic Production SystemsThis symposium is intended to give authors an opportunity to propose uncommonly productive synergies that offer partnering or collaboration potential to advance sustainable bio-solutions for critical problems of our time. For those authors who choose, the solar corridor crop system (SCCS) concept is offered as a synergy capturing framework for multiple disciplines of atmospheric, climate, entomological, environmental, plant and soil sciences expressed through a diverse range of complimentary crops in rotation with each other. Atmospheric sourced incident sunlight, CO2, N and water are resources that the SCCS uniquely captures in a synergetic variety and cultivar specific manner. Partnering is key.
Approved for 3.5 CM CEUs.
