268 Symposium--Model Simulation Comparisons with Experimental Observations of Evapotranspiration
Oral Session
ASA Section: Climatology & ModelingMeasurement of evapotranspiration has proven to be a difficult endeavor. Both crop models and micrometeorological models have been recently used in attempt to quantify evapotranspriation. It is important that these models are verified with robust experimental evapotranspiration data, whether coming from water balance methods, lysimetry, sap flow, or other methods.
Approved for 2.5 SW CEUs.
