Session Description: In recent years, the USDA has funded two SCRI turfgrass breeding projects.  These two projects, one focused on fine fescues and the other on warm-season grasses, are comprised of high-functioning, transdisciplinary teams of researchers, and include social science components.  Learn how these projects work and participate in discussions of future federal funding of turfgrass research.
