Session Description: This session will describe the existing U.S. legislative framework for intellectual property rights protection for plants.  A moderated panel, composed of officials of the respective agencies and of IPR users from various sectors, will discuss aspects of each IPR system, followed by opportunity for questions and discussion from audience participants.
