This site is for ASA, CSSA, and SSSA volunteered speakers only.
Important Dates
May 24, 2016 at 5:00pm Eastern Time: Early Abstract Submission Deadline. Abstract submission fees increase $20 per abstract after this date ($25 fee increase for non-members).
June 7, 2016 at 5:00pm Eastern Time: Final Abstract Submission Deadline. Please have your abstracts complete by this date.
Late July, 2016: Presentation Notification. You will be notified of your presentation date and time in late July.
August 25, 2016 at 5:00pm Eastern Time: Abstract editing deadline for the printed program book and abstract CD only. Presenters may continue to make changes to the title, authors, and abstract text that will then be reflected in the online program, annual meetings app, and the program addendum.
Abstracts should be no more than 300 words in length.
