Abstract:
A Victoria Clay (fine, smectitic, hyperthermic, sodic Haplustert) managed in a cotton-milo rotation has exhibited increased yields under no-tillage versus conventional management. We report on soil quality (Cornell Soil Health Assessment) and soil moisture (neutron probe) differences that have accrued as a result of these treatments.
