Abstract:
High throughput phenotyping is a popular concept, with improvements in recent aerial platform technology making high resolution imagery easier. However, the limitations of any high throughput system are their ability to be tied directly to existing physiological parameters. This poster presents some of these challenges and methods that researchers at Texas Tech and Texas A&M in Lubbock have used to overcome them.
