C09 Biomedical, Health-Beneficial and Nutritionally Enhanced PlantsMineral nutrition of crop plants occurs at the the nexus of the soils, the agronomic practice, and the crop itself.  Synergies of soils, management, and crop plants can substantively improve the mineral concentrations of foods for human nutrition. This symposium will be a trans-disciplinary exploration of past successes and future opportunities to grow more healthful crops for humanity.
