334 Surface Residue Management and Impacts on Soil Biology and Soil Health

Oral Session
SSSA Division: Soil Biology and Biochemistry
This session focuses on the different potentials for residue managment and the interactions with soil biological communities and functions. Presentations that address practices such as conservation tillage, burning, sweeping, use of cover crops and termination practices and the relationships for biological processes incuding nutrient cycling, water flow and availability, aggregate stability and C cycling are encouraged.
