2017 Annual Meeting | Oct. 22-25 | Tampa, FL

159 Synergy and Soil Health: Integrated Practices for Agroecosystem Management Poster

Poster Session
SSSA Division: Soil Biology and Biochemistry
This session discusses soil health benefits of integrated management systems. The focus is on the synergistic impacts of soil health practices aimed at minimizing disturbance, maximizing soil cover, maximizing biodiversity, and keeping a living root as long as possible. How does implementing one versus multiplle soil health practices influence the benefits to soil health? Traditional and novel approaches to assess soil health with an emphasis on soil biological indicators are encouraged to submit abstracts.
