Session Description: The poster competition is open to all graduate students from under-represented groups. Poster abstracts must be submitted to the appropriate session within ASA or CSSA by the deadline and to the ACS528 Committee contact person Candiss Williams (Candiss.Williams@lin.usda.gov), by June 5, 2018. Acknowledgment of receipt from the Diversity Committee indicates successful abstract submission and inclusion in the Diversity Poster Competition. Winners will be recognized during the Gateway Scholars Program during the Annual Meetings in Baltimore, MD. Winners will receive certificates and monetary awards of $300, $250, and $200 for first, second and third places, respectively. Completed posters must be received electronically by the ACS528 Committee no later than November 1, 2018 for full consideration. For additional information visit acsmeetings.org/graduates/diversity.
