Session Description: Agricultural Decision Support Systems (DSS) became an essential tool in smart management of soil and water in the digital environment. Embracing digital products and sensor technologies along with innovative DSS enable growers to consider crop yield, availability of water and nutrients, variability of soil, landscape and weather for optimizing farming practices. The digital information technologies allow developers to link a climate forecast, a soil data layer, remote sensing imagery, soil, plant and weather sensor streams with models.
