Session Description: This session will focus on research across a range of disciplines towards the end goal of developing a more nutritious and healthy food system. To fully attain this goal it is critical for soil scientists, plant breeders and cropping system agronomists to work closely with nutritionists and medical health professionals. Through this symposium we will explore the current research and future potential collaboration of intersection between agriculture and human health.
