Session Description: Semi-arid dryland crop production depends exclusively on water from precipitation during the growing season or stored in the soil. Improved capture of precipitation and more efficient use of that water are achieved through management of cultural practices, cropping rotations, and alternate crops or integrated livestock. We invite presentations describing both established and innovative management applications from semi-arid dryland crop production.
