Session Description: The Bioenergy Systems Community will sponsor a Graduate Student Oral Competition that is open to all graduate students. Awards will be given for the oral competition, with certificates and cash prizes of $250, $200, and $150 given for first, second, and third place winners, respectively. The outstanding presenters will be recognized during the Community Business Meeting and/or via email to the Community after the annual meeting. Presentations will include impact of feedstocks as a cover crop, agronomics and genetics associated with new feedstocks, potential products using these feedstocks and economic impacts of sustainable feedstocks.
