Title: The Soil Physics-Soil Health Nexus: Linking Properties, Management, and Function Oral (includes student competition)

Session Description: Soil physical properties (e.g. porosity, Ksat, etc.) are intimately linked with agronomic management and soil health. In this session we explore the intersection of soil health management and soil physical properties to better understand how changes in soil health impact soil physical function. Potential topics may include: feedbacks between soil health and soil physical function, quantifying soil health through soil physics, and linking soil physical and microbiological function.
