Session Description: The main goal of the R boot camp is to provide a comprehensive hands-on training R programming to carry out statistical analysis in a wide variety of research projects. The workshop will combine lectures and coding sessions. The exercises will focus on real-world case studies observed in Agronomy research experiments and Natural Resources studies. Dataset and code will be provided. Workshop attendants should bring their laptops with a recent version of R and Rstudio installed. Session 3 requires previous basic knowledge of R. Core objectives of Session 3 are statistical analysis of research trials in R for standard experimental designs, linear model, mixed models, and repeated measures.
