Session Description: Anyone is welcome to join! The LGBTQ+ Scientists and Allies specialty group will meet together to discuss updates on the past year’s work and plan for the year ahead. We will review and vote on our new group mission statement, objectives, by-laws and group structure. If you are a new member or curious about our group, there will be opportunities for involvement in event organization, outreach initiatives internal and external to ASA-CSSA-SSSA, LGBTQ+ advocacy in the sciences and more.
