Thank you for entering judges for the CANVAS 2025 student competitions (November 9 - 12, 2025).

Please watch this short training video for more information about using the system

Please complete the following form for any person available to judge abstracts within this period.

Judge Information Form

You will need to enter:

  • Name (First and Last)
  • Affiliation
  • Address
  • Meeting Registration E-mail
  • Sessions the judge is interested in judging

Please ensure the email account entered for each judge is the same used for their meeting registration login. All judging communications will be sent via E-mail, and all judging capabilities within the app will be authenticated by that email.
