60 Symposium--the Legacy of John Doran: From Soil Quality to Organic Practices

Oral Session
ASA Section: Agronomic Production Systems During this half-day symposium, invited speakers will present research results related to soil quality and/or organic management systems and provide a retrospective of John Doran’s influence on the science of soil quality and the path of their individual research careers. John’s influence in the area of soil quality spans disciplines and timezones, including colleagues in research and education, small and large scale producers in the US, international governments, and subsistence farmers in many developing countries around the world. We would like to include representatives from as many arenas as possible as speakers in the symposium.
