366 Soil-Plant-Atmosphere Interactions and Soil Carbon Dynamics in Long-Term Research Experiments
Oral Session
ASA Section: Environmental QualitySoil chemical, physical, and biological properties influence soil C storage and dynamics.  Management practices that enhance soil C stock will offset greenhouse gas emissions through anthropogenic activity, enhance soil resilience for future climate changes, and improve soil health.  This session is intended to address empirical soil C and/or CO2 emission studies, using data from long-term experiments and process-based modeling approaches, in assessing management impacts on soil processes and adaption to future climate change.
