55 Model Applications in Field Research Oral I

Oral Session
ASA Section: Climatology and Modeling
Application of agricultural system models to assist and extend field experimental research, simulation studies for future climate and water management, development of water and nutrients management tools, and evaluation of existing and alternative crop management systems on different soil types under current and projected weather conditions for determining crop productivity and impacts on environmental quality. The goal of this session is to bring together model developers, model users and people interested in field experiment and data collection for model improvement or application to exchange ideas and share their experience.
