Utilizing the GAPIT R Package to Facilitate Analysis of Diversity Panels
WorkshopsGAPIT is a popular R package that is used to conduct GWAS and genomic seleciton. I will go over a typical analysis in GAPIT. In addition, I will review the relevant statistical and quantitative genetics background necessary to accurately interpret the results from GAPIT.
