Abstract:
Integration of intensive cover cropping with no-till planting in organic corn and soybean production systems can decrease the number of critical field operations and the sensitivity of yield and weed control to soil moisture status. This hypothesis will be tested in multiple large-scale experiments in Western Illinois.
