Extension professionals are charged with effectively communicating current research findings that aid stakeholders. The worldwide web allows for fast, efficient, and economical delivery of this extension information.  Developing professional, user-friendly, web-based extension resources is an integral component of successful extension education. This presentation will outline considerations for developing web-based resources linking turfgrass weed science research and extension programs, discuss software to monitor the impact of these resources, and introduce the use of social media to reach additional stakeholders.
