210 Symposium--Better Nutrition through Seed Composition

The theme is to provide an overview of biotechnology and conventional success in improving nutritional quality and human health by altering seed composition. The alterations can have beneficial or negative effects on seed quality which need to be considered. The goal is to highlight the impact that crop scientists can make to solve human health needs.
