Session includes presentations that clarifying effective BMPs and prioritizing what ones to implement when reducing losses of one nutrient may increase losses of another. For example, minimizing a P index score by incorporating manure may lead to higher N losses to air or water. What are the best methods to address N and P losses/emissions to air and water, and how do we prioritize them? Can/should this be done on a watershed/airshed basis?
