Abstract:
Social media continues to become an essential communication tool for educators and other professionals. The thought of developing a social media plan or even figuring out how to get started, however, can become an overwhelming task. Whether it is developing a Facebook page, establishing a presence on Twitter, or simply starting a blog, the process requires a better understanding of each and which is right for your intended purpose. In this round table disucssion, the panel of experts from various areas will share with you their thoughts on getting started with social media and answer questions from end users on which media outlets are right for them.
