15 Symposium--Gene Editing for Crop Improvement

Oral Session
C07 Genomics, Molecular Genetics & Biotechnology
This symposium will focus on the capacity to generate site-directed DNA sequence modifications to the genomes of crop species.  These modifications include targeted mutations, specific editing of gene sequences, gene insertions, and gene replacements.  Presentations may include expanding technological capacities, assessments of gene function, and the development of new and valuable traits.
